1. Introduction & Binding Agreement

Welcome to Shree Sarees ("we," "our," "us"), an ethnic wear boutique based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. By visiting our website (shreesarees.in), browsing our catalog, or purchasing any products, you ("Customer," "User," "Buyer") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must discontinue using our platform.

2. Eligibility to Contract

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors may use our website only under the active supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

3. Guest Checkout & Account Registration

We offer flexible purchasing options to ensure a smooth and accessible shopping experience:

• Guest Checkout (Without Account): You may browse and complete purchases as a guest without creating or maintaining a customer account. Guest buyers are required to accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy before completing checkout. All terms regarding pricing, delivery, cancellations, returns, and dispute resolution apply equally to guest buyers.
• Optional Account Creation: During checkout, guest buyers may optionally check the box to create an account for faster re-ordering, order tracking, and address management. Account creation is confirmed via a secure One-Time Password (OTP) dispatched to your email address. If you choose not to create an account, your order will still be processed normally as a guest order.
• Registered Customer Accounts: Registered users access their account via passwordless email OTP authentication. You are solely responsible for maintaining access security to your email address and device.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, true, current, and complete personal details (full name, phone number, complete shipping address with postal PIN code, and email address). Shree Sarees is not liable for delayed, failed, or misdelivered shipments resulting from incorrect contact or address details provided by you.

4. Products, Handcraft Characteristics & Descriptions

Shree Sarees specializes in traditional Rajasthani and Indian ethnic wear, including printed sarees, fancy festive sarees, unstitched and semi-stitched ladies suits, kurtis, lehengas, and artisanal fabrics.

• Handcrafted Nuances: Many of our garments feature authentic artisanal techniques such as Hand Block Printing, Bandhani, Sanganeri prints, Bagru prints, Zari, Gota Patti, or hand embroidery. Minor variations in dye shade, print alignment, or fabric weave are inherent characteristics of handcraftsmanship and are not deemed manufacturing defects.
• Color Representation: We endeavor to display product colors, textures, and details with the highest possible accuracy. However, slight variations may occur due to photographic lighting, digital rendering, or monitor/mobile display calibration.
• Blouse & Ready-to-Wear Services: Saree blouse pieces are unstitched unless explicitly ordered with custom ready-to-wear tailoring services (such as Fall, Pico, or custom blouse stitching).

5. Pricing, GST & Invoicing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Taxes & GST: Prices include or itemize applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Government of India. A valid, itemized GST tax invoice with HSN codes is issued for every completed order.
• Pricing Errors: We strive for complete accuracy; however, inadvertent technical errors in pricing or product descriptions may occur. In such rare instances, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund prior to shipping dispatch.

6. Orders, Payment Methods & COD Terms

We accept the following payment options:

• Online Payments (Prepaid): Processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking). Online orders are confirmed once payment capture is verified by the payment gateway.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for serviceable postal PIN codes within India, subject to order value thresholds. By placing a COD order, you commit to receiving the shipment and tendering the exact payable cash amount upon courier delivery. Repeated refusal or frivolous rejection of COD parcels may result in permanent restriction from COD eligibility.
• Order Verification & Cancellation by Shree Sarees: We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch due to inventory stockouts, unserviceable PIN codes, suspected fraudulent transactions, or non-responsive contact details.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Delivery Attempts

• Timelines: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery across India ranges from 3 to 7 business days depending on destination location.
• Courier Delivery: Delivery is executed via reputable domestic courier partners. Couriers typically make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to consignee non-availability, incorrect address, or phone unreachable, the parcel will return to our Jaipur facility (Return to Origin - RTO).
• Risk of Loss: Risk passes to the customer upon verified doorstep delivery by the courier partner.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched by contacting customer support or visiting your customer account. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return policy applies.
• Return Window: You may initiate a return request within 5 to 7 days of verified delivery.
• Return Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags, folds, and packaging intact. Sarees with Fall/Pico done or custom-tailored goods are not eligible for return unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds for prepaid orders are credited back to the original payment source via Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days. For COD returns, refunds are processed via direct NEFT/IMPS bank transfer or UPI upon receipt and quality inspection of the returned garment.

9. User Conduct & Intellectual Property

You agree not to engage in unauthorized data scraping, automated attacks, chargeback fraud, or any unlawful activity on our platform. All brand assets, text, photography, product imagery, logos, graphics, and design software are the exclusive intellectual property of Shree Sarees and protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Shree Sarees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or purchased products. Our maximum aggregate liability shall in no circumstance exceed the total purchase price paid for the specific order in dispute.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, orders, or transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
